Kobe Bryant’s widow, Vanessa Bryant, has broken her silence on rumors that she is pregnant with a fifth child.

The mother of four did so via a cheeky post on her Instagram Stories over the weekend that referenced Rihanna.

Rumors of Vanessa’s pregnancy are coming five years after she lost her husband, Kobe, and their daughter, Gianna (Gigi) Bryant, in a tragic helicopter crash that claimed seven other lives.

On Sunday, Vanessa shared several posts on her Instagram Stories showing her current state of mind amid pregnancy rumors.

One post featured a photo of pop star Rihanna in a pool, holding a drink in one hand while raising her middle finger with the other.

The post, which Vanessa reshared from another Instagram account, had a caption that read, “Me protecting my peace, not pregnant & having fun all summer.” Tupac Shakur’s song, “All Eyez on Me,” played in the post’s background.

Vanessa followed the post with another that also featured a picture of Rihanna and a caption that read, “I’m not mean, I’m just not the one.”

In a third Instagram Stories post, Vanessa shared what it takes to win her over.

She wrote, “The only way to impress me is by being a good person. I don’t care what you have, what you wear, where you live, or what you drive.”

She concluded, “I just have deep respect for people with pure hearts and good intentions.”

Recently, Vanessa was at the center of a debate on social media after multiple unverified posts claimed she was pregnant with the child of a much younger NBA player.

As the rumors went viral, multiple netizens began reacting to it, with some fans slamming Vanessa for moving on five years after her husband’s death.

One person wrote on X, “Couldn’t even mourn her husband,” while a second person added, “She moved on so fast, bet the guy was already there.”

However, many fans slammed those criticizing Vanessa for moving on, while others wondered why they believed anything on the internet.

The rumors of Vanessa Bryant’s pregnancy come a month after she celebrated her late daughter Gianna Bryant’s posthumous 19th birthday.

She shared a photo of Gigi in a Mamba Sports Academy outfit alongside the caption, “Happy birthday, Gigi! Mommy loves and misses you more than I could ever express. I love you Gianna.”

Many friends and fans of Vanessa, including Pau and Catherine Gasol, joined her in celebrating Gigi’s birthday.
