Seattle: Here’s hoping new mayor fixes city’s needs

Re: “Here’s what my neighborhood would like from Katie Wilson” (Nov. 29, Opinion):

David Amschler’s personal essay absolutely nails the situation in Seattle today. His request for three basic things speaks for me and, I believe, for most Seattleites. I wish I had written it.

As he summed up his thoughts, Seattle citizens need safety, accountability and our city back. I truly hope our new mayor hears and understands our plea and actually starts actions that will fix each of our city’s three basic needs.

    Robert Nuber, Seattle
