Las Vegas is the mecca of the wrestling universe this week as WWE invades Allegiant Stadium on Saturday and Sunday for the biggest wrestling event of the year: WrestleMania 41.
Since its inception, WrestleMania has been WWE’s flagship pay-per-view event, offering some of the industry’s most compelling, awe-inspiring moments.
This year, the annual event takes center stage once more, as WrestleMania 41 projects to deliver an unforgettable two-night spectacle in Sin City.
Boasting eight championship matches, WrestleMania 41 could drastically alter the current landscape of the WWE Universe. With so much gold on the line, some wrestlers could be due for a major score in Sin City.
Let’s take a look at five wrestlers who could hit the jackpot at WrestleMania 41.
Bianca Belair remains undefeated at WrestleMania
Belair has a chance to make history in Las Vegas this weekend. With a win over WWE Women’s World Champion Iyo Sky and Rhea Ripley, Belair would earn her fifth straight WrestleMania victory, tying Edge for the second-longest undefeated streak in WWE history.
Belair would also secure the WWE Women’s World Championship for the first time in her career with a win at Mania, making the upcoming triple-threat match a potential gold mine for the Tennessee native.
John Cena makes history in his final WrestleMania match
Longtime WWE superstar Cena sent shockwaves in the wrestling world in 2024 when he announced 2025 would be his last year as an in-ring competitor.
After serving as the proverbial face of WWE for more than a decade, Cena is on the cusp of his final WrestleMania match, which will be a bittersweet experience for fans of the future WWE Hall of Famer.
Still, Cena has a chance to make history when he faces Cody Rhodes for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 41. With a win Sunday, Cena would attain his 17th world championship, the most by any wrestler in WWE history.
Although he doesn’t need any more accolades to justify his status among the greatest wrestlers of all time, it would be cool to see Cena achieve such a historic milestone on the promotion’s biggest stage.
CM Punk shines in long-awaited main event moment
CM Punk has achieved some of the highest peaks WWE has to offer. He has won multiple world championships, secured the lucrative Money in the Bank briefcase (twice), put on matches with legends and delivered some of the more memorable (and often unscripted) promos in WWE history.
There was seemingly just one thing missing from his Hall-of-Fame- worthy resume: a main-event match at WrestleMania.
After serving more than 15 years in WWE, CM Punk headlining WrestleMania came about after Paul Heyman announced his triple- threat match against Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns as the main-event match at WrestleMania 41.
Now, CM Punk will have a chance to justify his self-proclaimed status as “the best in the world” on a global stage.
Dominik Mysterio expands the family legacy
Despite being the son of Rey Mysterio, WWE’s longest-tenured wrestler, “Dirty Dom” Mysterio has become one of the industry’s more despised heels.
His blend of arrogance and showmanship make his matches must-see television, even if you don’t like him. This weekend, Mysterio’s arrogance could grow even more with an upset win in Las Vegas. He will face champ Bron Breakker, Finn Balor and Penta in a Fatal 4-Way bout. With a win, Mysterio could begin an even greater heel run as Intercontinental champion.
Jacob Fatu pursues first WWE title
Fatu is one of the more exciting, attention-grabbing wrestlers on the roster in 2025. Always eager to back up the smack talk he does in his fiery promos, the Samoan Werewolf is as bloodthirsty as they come.
At WrestleMania 41, Fatu has a chance to pack a punch and secure gold when he takes on LA Knight for the United States Championship. Should he win his WrestleMania debut, Fatu would secure his first WWE title.
