Jennifer Lopez appears to be giving her new romance a familiar spin as she reportedly styles Brett Goldstein in a look inspired by her ex-husband Ben Affleck.
The actress, who has had an on-again, off-again relationship with Affleck, reportedly has a penchant for dolling up her romantic partners and finding ways to make them look their best.
A source claimed that Jennifer Lopez is choosing styles for Brett Goldstein that she liked on Ben Affleck, which has left friends unconvinced that she has gotten over her separation from the actor.

The insider added that she does so out of a genuine desire to help them be their most presentable selves.
“She’s not mean about it, she just helps them to look their best,” the source explains, noting the “glow-up” her past romances have experienced because of the singer and her tastes.
Goldstein is said to be her next project, as “she’s picking his clothes, advising him on how to style his hair and his beard,” and has likely gone to work on his trademark eyebrows, which are noticeably “less bushy.”

A major part of Goldstein’s glow-up is reportedly how similar it is to Affleck’s own transformation and style during his relationship with Lopez.

This has seemingly left people close to the singer concerned about whether she has truly moved on from the Oscar winner.

In the film, Lopez plays the role of Jackie Cruz, the CEO of an airline company, while Goldstein plays Daniel Blanchflower, the company’s new legal counsel. As the title suggests, the pair started a workplace relationship.
As reported by US Weekly, the co-stars had “Instant Chemistry” while on set, and they continued to keep in touch even after filming wrapped up in May 2025.

The insider added that Lopez and Goldstein “started hooking up during the press tour for Office Romance, but it was on and off. It was never going to be serious, and they have been on the same page about that.”
