    IN THE NEWS: There may be a whole lot of well-meaning people working at the Regional Homelessness Authority, but given how little has been accomplished in creating new housing for folks living on the street while the RHA has run through hundreds of millions of dollars, King County Councilmember Rod Dembowski has a smart idea: shut the RHA down and give the problem back to Seattle City Hall, since 99.85 % of those millions are coming from city taxpayers.
