I am not a “tree hugger,” nor do I wear Birkenstocks. I am, however, appalled by the wanton destruction and removal of trees by some entitled individuals who deem it their right to improve their views and property values without consideration for future ramifications for their neighbors and the environment.
If these people can afford to build such estates, pay to destroy what has existed for decades, then why didn’t they buy and build elsewhere? And to the “arborists” who performed this destruction, admit your contribution to this debacle.
